- Eastern
Clearing & Forwarding Agency Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata
based CHA, has won Excellence Award, 1st position
2004 - 2005 from CONCOR under CHA - Import category
at ICD, Tughlakabad. Incidently this is for the
first time such a coveted award has been presented
to a Kolkata based organisation for excellent
performance in the Northern India.

- Northern Region presented Excellence Award for
achieving 2nd position under CHA category at ICD
Tughlakabad for the period 2002-2003. This award,
presented on 31st October, 2003 was awarded to
a Kolkata based organization for the first time
for its performance at ICD, Tughlakabad.

India : Over six decades of thorough and practical
knowledge and expertise in handling all types of Project
Import / Heavy Machinery, Natural Rubber, Chemicals, Exhibition
Cargo, Gold and Silver, Research Equipment and Transmitters,
Electronic & Sceintific Equipments, Newsprint and Paper, Liquid in Bulk
etc. including their transportation throughout India and
Warehouse delivery.
Nepal :
Backed by five decades of practical experience, the company
is highly specialized in handling and transportation of
Nepal Cargo from Kolkata Port to any destination in Nepal.
We handle about 500 boxes per month containing TEU's/FEU's
General Cargo, Polythene Granules, Palm Oil, Machinery
and Spares, Textiles and Yarns, Motor Cars, Chemicals
and General Consumer Goods. Most of the big Industrial
and Trading Houses in Nepal are our clients and we solely
handle about 25% of Nepal Import Traffic (Private) passing
through Kolkata Port.
